Portuguese language .....anybody?

Please can u help me transalte this into english.

That's not Portuguese but gobbledygook. The only Portuguese word I can detect in there is the place name "Fortaleza".

this might be Portuguese but it makes no sense...first of all there are no spaces separating the words and secondly i only recognize fortaleza (fortitude) and Folga (rest/gap)

fortaleza is the only portuguese word there...
