well i wud try to get to kno here more and try to be friends and then wait til the right time and tell her u dont want to ruin ur friendship or nething like that but u just tell her u sord of like her and if she dont feel for u well then there r always more fish in the sea and maybe she said she dont like u for a reason maybe god is planning sumthing better 4 u!! u r prolly a nice guy so who wudnt like u?!! but just find out her favorite things also

Be friendly towards her.....talk about many different things and get to see what her viewpoints are....if you agree on many issues, then pursue it more...take the time to get to know her...
