ya, thats natural. if active it want to use its nose as its sensor.
like your eyes, it get kinda wet ish when you open your eye, but when when like you wake up first thing it does is to get water on it to make it work good.

your dog is normal, and is just ok

Despite the old saw that a healthy dog's nose should be cold and wet, a dog's nose varies in temperature and moistness. It is perfectly normal for any dog to have a dry, warm nose.
Dogs don't sweat like humans, but they do lose heat by panting, and a small amount through their pawpads and their nose. Thus, it does make sense that a dog's nose would become wet when it is active.

A dog's nose is wet when it is active because that is when she smells things the most. But when she i calm she won't have to smell things as much so her nose becomes dry. I don't really get it either, but I've heard it from vets so it must be true...

Anyway I hope this helps!

My puppy had the same thing when he was really little. I kinda worried about it, but it's not a big deal. I don't really know if it's still like that, actually...I never really think to check my dog's nose! : ) I don't worry about it because even though his nose was (and maybe still is) like that, he's still as sweet, playful, and healthy-looking as ever! Hope your dog is ok!

When a dog's nose is dry, they are sick. She probably has the cold. You should monitor her, and if she doesn't get active again, something more serios could be going on. You should probably get that checked out.

as long as nothing else about how she acts is weird, then she should be just fine. my dogs nose is usually dry also unless playing a lot. if her behavior starts acting funny then take her to a vet.

If your dog's nose is dry, then normally means that is overtired or sick. This may differ for some breads.
