we're all sinners, thats why God sent us a savior. If you're not growing or not agreeing with that preacher then you should look for a new church. Only God can judge the hearts of men, not you or me. Just pray for him and if hes your preacher you should be able to go to him with your concerns. A preacher is voted in by the members of the church. If its really an issue then you go to a church board meeting and bring it up or talk to someone in the church you can trust about it. Most of all pray about it. God will lead you. God bless

It is not your place to judge! Whether or not he is unfit is up to God to decide. If you haven't noticed, the sins of those who claim to be following God are often revealed and they lose their opportunity to continue to preach in his name. You can't report him to his boss. You could report him to his church counsel. Or maybe a trusted deacon.

Not trying to be rude but do you know of anyone who is fit to preach?

Report him to the police immediately. However, if his sin isn't that bad, he probably isn't much more of a sinner than anybody else. Might as well have Jesus himself preaching if you want zero-sin. You might have to wait a while for that albeit.
