umer=age or rest of life span
bhe= also
tumhe=to you or yours
lag jaye=may become, may attached, may be part of, may be
added
May my rest of life span be added to yours life span

It's Urdu sentence, normally mothers pray for their children.

meri umar bhi tumhe lag jaye = may you live as long as I

meri = my
umar = age
bhi = also (in this case)
tumhe = your (informal), to you
lag jaana = to become

it's a polite phrase that someone older says to someone younger, wishing him/her a long life
