i need to lose as much weight as possible in my thighs and stomach in 2 weeks. ill do anything! (beside surgery)

Don't waste the calories you need to eat on empty calorie foods, or drinks... A can of soda is 100 calories, drink only water in the next 2 weeks, and try the cardio thing recommended by the man above, I bet that would work better than anything, you could also try to do a little weight training, this will tone muscle you already have, but muscle weighs more than fat, so if you actually need to weigh a certain amount, then maybe just cardio is your best bet. Lots and lots of cardio....

Try HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training. It's not as complicated as it sounds, all you need is an iPod. Go out to the local park put on your favorite song and start out with a slow jog, and then after about 30 seconds, go to an all-out sprint, 100 percent, for about 15 seconds, and then go back to a jog, and so forth. 15 minutes later, you will get a great cardio workout. By the way, this is scientifically proven to be a faster fat-burner than low impact cardio such as light jogging, and activities like that.

Cut your calorie intake and workout more. There are no magic food/pill/diet to do it for you. The fastest way I know is getting on a low-carb lifestyle [its not just a phase thing]. Good luck with your weight loss! :)

Personally, I'm skeptical of anything declaring you can lose weight fast. Again I would recommend altering your eating habits and exercising. Sure it's a *****, but the point is it's better to do it the hardway then take a shortcut.

exercise everyday like jogging around the block
skip meals. dont eat until your're full
eat fruits at night if your hungry.
drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
