No, they won't for being out of state & in an accident. Besides that is a not at fault accident. Just for the sake of ease & time, you may want to report it to your company & let them subrogate against the at fault party's insurance. I would do this because of the distance between your home & the accident. The company may not be in your state & if you try to go through the other insurance, it may take a while before they can get an adjuster to your vehicle to look at it. They also have to do their own investigation before they pay - they have to get their insured's statement plus any witnesses, plus any police report, etc. If they can't get in touch with their insured (they may be on vacation for 2 weeks), that will delay your payment. If you go through your own insurance (you need to have collision coverage - if you don't you have no choice but to go to the other insurance), you will be out your deductible for a little while but, your car will be fixed & back on the road much quicker. When your company collects what they paid from the other insurance they will also collect your deductible which they will return to you.

Of course they won't drop you. Do you think Inusrance companies only cover you in your own state?

They can drop you for other reasons, but out-of-state accidents isn't one of them.
