No. They can't know enough of my medical history to make decisions for me. The only way that would ever happen is if they completely agreed with what I wanted medically. Government SHOULD NOT make decisions for me, and that includes medical decisions.
Abortion too. It's the woman's choice.

Medical decisions should be made by the doctor and the patient themselves. The government would be the wrong person to make medical decisions for each patient.

The majority of Americans, regardless of partisan affiliation, enable a large intrusive government, so this little detail wouldn't really make much difference in the big scheme of things.
