it depends on your current level of fitness and how much body fat you have. the longer you have been out of shape the harder it will be to lose the fat in the mid-section

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

I would suggest 30 mins to an hour depending on how much belly fat you have, plus some ab exercises at least three times a week. Good luck!

you can do a gazillion crunches but with the layer of body fat around your belly you will not see a six pack. You get good abs from eating right and proper excercise if you can stick to that then you're on your way. It depends on how much belly fat you actually have. Guys usually have to be 10 % or lower in body fat to see their abs. Girls around 13 % or lower

When I lose weight the first place that I notice after my face is my belly. Within a week I see results. Within a month I see drastic results (flat stomach). It's different for everyone though because everyone has a different body type.

its good, keep it up, before i got in shape i was running alot, but i didnt do ALOT of ab workouts, just a few times a week, not good to do it all the time, it took me about 3 months, which is long and short at the same time, but it shouldnt take you too long if you keep up the good workout habits, but you should also talk to a personal trainer or look up ab workouts, theres alot better workouts for your abs than standard crunches, but wokrout and eat right, should work it self out in a few months if you keep it up
