You have to step up and say something. Yes, your boyfriend has said something, but obviously this other boy isn't ashamed to express his feelings towards you and doesn't care that he's disrespecting your boyfriend in the process. And he obviously isn't afraid of him either. However, by you accepting his number and taking any letters from him, you're showing him that there's maybe a chance.
You have to stand up for yourself. Next time he goes to hand you his number tell him you don't want it, hand it back or even better, rip it up in front of him. If he hands you a letter, don't accept it. Tell him that you don't have the same feelings for him, and that if anything, you can only be his friend. Remind him that you have a boyfriend who you are very happy with. He's disrespecting you and your boyfriend by continuing in this manner. You have to make sure you get your point across - no sugar coating it or anything like that.
If he really cares for you, he'll be happy that you're happy with your boyfriend and he'll respect that, and leave you alone.
Good luck!

Tell him, you don"t want his number or anything to do with him. If he keeps doing it still, tell him to have more respect. Ask him how he treats his mom and tell him ,how would he like it if some guy wouldn't leave his mom alone. If that doesn't work, get him in trouble with a higher power person in school that could do something about it.I would just ignore him as much as possible. I would tell him that ,I would try to hook you up with a girl that wants a pest, but i don't think i no any.

My girlfriend had that same problem when I was in high school. She told me about it and I had a little talk with him. He was an jerk about it and asked me where my back up was and said his is here and pointed to his skinny friend I laughed at them the put his but over a wall we were standing by and held him about 10 ft off the ground by the seat of his pants till he cried. I never hurt the guy but he never even looked at her again, and they were in the same class. So tell your boyfriend that’s what we are there for.

Sounds like he's infactuated. Tell him that you are not interested and although you find it flattering it's starting to seem like he's harrassing you. If he continues bring it up to a school Guidance counseler and tell them that you feel liek your being harrassed. In the work work that would get a person fired. Make sure you surround yourself with lots of people. High School use to be alot different when I went. It sounds like harmless love and he should get a A for persistance.
You could always find another girl that thinks he's cute and get him hooked up. Then he'll be preoccupied.....
Good Luck

tell him no one more time, and that he is making you feel uncomfortable and needs to stop, otherwise you may have to say something to the appropriate authorities.
Now if you really like the person then its a different story and i dont know what to really tell you for that

If its really serious you might have to get a restraining order. But if you can, set him up with something you think would be a good match for him. Or at least find someone who would be as persistant towards him as he is to you.

you keep inviting him to you in some way, I suggest embarrasing the next time he makes his move. dont accept whatever it is he gives you and toss it on the floor and walk away.
