All of the above. Your bones are all growing. Your skin grows and stretches, too, and that's why some young people who go through big growth spurts have stretch marks. When you grow, all of you grows! Think of you when you were a baby...your head is bigger, your torso is bigger, your legs are bigger....etc, etc, etc!

I think it depends on the person because some have longer legs while others have longer torso's but then everything is growing because if your legs don't grow and your torso does then you would have a really long torso and your legs will be short lmao would look really weird... so yea..

All your bones are growing... legs, spine, arms, head, ect.

I know sometimes little kids look like they are all legs, but pretty soon the rest of their body grows and gets into proportion.

But most teens, when they get a growth spirt, seem to keep a proportional body, so everything must be growing at about the same time.

All of you is growing at the same time. Think what it would be like if one of your legs grew befor the other one..you would constantly fall down. One leg would be shorter until the other finished growing..
