Just Imagine. A Man and a Woman that are attracted to each other. They have never been introduced to each other....and they never talk to each other...But they romance. They get excited when they see each other...they admire each other. All the romance they have so far is only thru the eyes

The next step is divorce if you want to prevent as much ill will in an already highly emotionally charged work environment, especially if children are involved. Most likely, both will lose their job(s) as well. It will be a very troubling time for all involved, not just the 2 that think they are in love.
Like the old saying "the grass is always greener" will prove true and the affected parties will realize this after all is said and done ... the emotional, and quite possibly physical, scarring can not be reversed.
Regardless what you are told in these answers 'here', you'll probably do it anyway.
In my opinion, forget it until BOTH divorces are finalized.

Nir V: Wait a minute partner. Take a full step back and give this some serious thought. She should do the same. Both of you are being selfish and just plain horny. Have you considered your spouses and your children feelings and lives. How devastating it will be to them. Just because you want to expand your own feelings.
If both of you have lost your love for your spouses, then take the plunge and let your wife and husband know about the other person. Put yourself in their shoes. How would you like it if you found out your spouse may bring into your body some STD. I understand new attractions. A new attraction is a mystery and difficult to cope with. There is this old saying that grass grows greener on the other side of the hill. I wouldn't bet on it.
When there is a physical attraction, the gray matter goes bonkers. I suggest take a step back and see the consequences which may surface if you both get horizontal + More!
I feel for you man and your dilemma!

married? don't do it! keep it alive and well in your fantasies. close your eyes. pretend. good chance that it won't be as hot as you think it might be- then you've lost your little warm fuzzy feeling.....and "don't get laid where you get paid" also comes to mind!
