It depends on what you want to do with what you want to learn. If you're looking for something that will become a marketable skill, I'd suggest spanish as many jobs will pay you significantly more if you are bilingual. If you intend or expect to pursue a career in medicine, latin is the most useful language as the derivations of many vocabulary terms are latin. To this day i regret listening to a high school guidance counselor who told me not to take latin because it's a "dead language" and I took spanish and french instead. Latin would have been much more useful.

Spanish would be better for you in the long run since there are so many Spanish speaking people coming to the US. (If you live in the US that is). I don't think you would ever use sign language, or at least not very much.

Spanish - it will be the most widely spoken language in the world besides English in a few years.

if you really have to chose between those two, then i suggest you to take Spanish. sign language isn't useful, it's not common, it will do you no good.

you should take Chinese. Chinese is the universal language.

You'll have more need for Spanish...sign language isn't exactly widely used.

I suggest Spanish. It isnt hard and you are more likely to use it later in life.
