Just like me, I'm relatively new to this but I've already found that people ask questions that are screaming out for an obvious witty inuendo (e.g. Need help with breast feeding) only to find they're being serious. Where do they get off! How can I vent my low-brow sarcasm without offending anybody?

I have found if you grease the weasel thoroughly with WD 40 before roasting it comes out much more tender and juicy. Bake at 375 degrees until crispy approx. 3 hours.

Your question is very interesting and in fact I think that although many questions seem like a call for attention from witty hilarious individuals with a sharpness unchallenged by others. The truth is both funny and serious answers and questions have hidden meanings. So don't be to quick to judge.
As for your low brow sarcasm, that to may in fact carry some sort of deeper meaning. You will just have to go with the flow breath in sarcasm and expire love from the lungs of the jar with the label breaths are us.

Considering I have been spanked with the "insulting to others" red card several times, I am not the authority on what to do, but I have learned that the thing NOT to do is attempt to use humour with people in certain sections.
They will come up with the most barking mad questions imaginable, and then they or some git user will raise a foul for no good reason.
So, if you pick your categories, and look at the other answerers you can get a feel for what is, and is not appropriate for a given question and category.
Easily put, I have fun with the ones showing humour, and am serious with all others.
