Just start fresh. Eat 1200-2000 calories a day, with lots of fruit and veg, and start walking or running. Forget about last week. There is nothing you can do to change what happened, and all that will happen if you think about it is you will discourage yourself.

Im sorry, the only thing I can suggest is running until you pass out. Thats what i do every time i gorge myself and i'm roughly your age and size... sit ups and crunches help too! I know, not very exciting... but it works!

You're not obese or anything - we all fall off the wagon every now & then.... just be more diligent next week.
