I'm using "Debrox" to remove wax from my ear.My left ear is plugged! I mean plugged. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I've used the suction tool and its not working. My left ear has been plugged all day.

Stop using over-the-counter stuff. Get yourself to a doctor to get the wax removed. It doesn't hurt, and you'll be surprised how much better you'll hear. If you let it continue to build you could affect your hearing.

I would try finding someone in your area that does ear candling. It's like suction but it's done using heat which draws the wax up. It doesn't hurt a bit and works great!
