And that's why you picked her.

And I'm not sure if it's better, or worse, but that's why she picked you, too.

You guys need to break up and get emotionally healthy before you even think of dating--each other, or other people--again.

maybe she's had a bad experience with a guy before and now is hard for her to trust you... that happens... or maybe she thinks she's not pretty enough or smart enough, I don't know, but what I know is that she needs help and now, she needs to talk to someone who knows about this stuff, like a psychiatrist, I'm not saying she's crazy but she needs help, remember that people with very low self esteem tend to get very depressed and might end up doing stuff they'll regret for the rest of their lives or even commiting suicide, I am not trying to scare you, I'm just being realistic, she might not really show you how bad or depressed she feels or you might not notice, but she needs help, if you know her parents maybe you should talk to them about it or set an appointment with a psychiatrist and take her yourself, I think then she'll realize you really love her cuz you care for her, other guys would just get bored of her insecurity and leave her, but that would make things even worse... so yeah, like I said, she needs help now before it's 2 late, like don't wait till she's REALLY depressed to help her, it's better to do it now, so she won't suffer even more than she is now. And always tell her you love her, doesn't matter if she says she doesn't believe you, just tell her, all the time, don't get tired of telling her, show her that you love her also by helping her like I said. She'll appreciate it.

Keep at it. If you let her frustrate you then she'll just interpret your anger as confirmation of whatever is causing her to have low self-esteem. You absolutely have to be good to her all the time. Keep telling her good firm things you believe and over time she'll see the truth in them and she'll believe them too. But it takes time.

Tell her that you love her and that you aren't going to keep having the same conversation. Don't get sucked in to the same pattern everyday. Eventually she will see that the conversation is only one sided.

You have to wait and let her find her confidence and sense of self. She will eventually but it takes time, just give her the space she needs to do that and support her.
