By in shape I mean healthy, tone, lean, muscular and envied by all.
I don't mean to be so shallow but it just got thinking.

it's a very common misconception that a person must take drastic measure to make substantial changes to the body composition, it really isn't true.

when it comes to being muscular and lean there are no magic training routines it's all about the diet. the best designed training program will bring less than minimal results with a poor diet. exercise only provides the stimulus, the diet provides the body with (or with out) the nutrients that it needs to build itself back up bigger and leaner.

people have been asking me my whole life "what type of training do you do?". and I tell them all the same thing. is use the same equipment and exercises that you do. it's the nutrients that I put into my body before and after training that makes the difference.

if you want to "look" like an athlete you have to train like one and eat like one.

well i for one did that this past summer, i was never REALLY overweight but kinda on the edge i guess you could say, but i made a goal after being dumped by my X to get into good shape, so i would run at least 2 miles everyday, go to the Ymca and lift weights then come home and do abs, of course i would have to take some days off lifting but never off cardio, i ran over a hundred miles through the entire summer, now im in great shape and it was totally worth it, i may have missed out on alot but i feel i got alot more in return because not only did i look great but i was healthier. So yes i think its worth it, my social life was better after, not as shy or insecure.

It wouldn't be much of a life...

Why have a totally in shape body, if your aren't going to be social?

I'm all for being healthy and in shape, but find a happy medium.

pay attention. I consistently informed my daughter that persons will come and bypass on your existence. it rather is unhappy to lose a good pal. yet you may desire to be pleased about the time you had with them. i be responsive to it rather is tough. existence rather stinks now and back. My mom consistently informed me that each and everything occurs for a reason. while one door closes, yet another one opens. Do your appropriate to place your self accessible for sparkling acquaintances. You mope around and act depressed won't draw new acquaintances to you. yet another element my mom consistently informed me while i'm bummed out ..get a undertaking. i think of you desire a great hearty dose of self esteem. you're important. you're right here on the earth for a particular reason. each and each element that occurs on your existence takes you to the subsequent place you're assume to be. Take of undertaking. don't be afraid of rejection because of the fact existence is packed with it. make stronger your pores and skin and don't permit the undesirable stuff in. If he's being that way, he does not deserve you! sooner or later he would be sorry. i'm hoping that helped in in some way.

No, what would be the point of looking so hot if you have no social life? It's just not that serious.

No. That would be obsessive (and shallow). Nothing that is an obsession is healthy. No matter what it is.
