not one bit.

those machines first came out in the 70's with very little success, I can't (well I can) believe that people are actually buying that garbage.

It may be fun, and it may increase surface circulation, but it really doesn't do anything for weight loss. The theory is that the belt will somehow isolate a certain area (usually buttocks & thighs) and eliminate fat from that area. Nothing other than liposuction does that. Weight loss happens throughout the body, not in specific fat pockets. Diet and exercise are the best ways to lose weight. The only way the belt will help you lose weight is if you only dine while using it. The vibrations may shake all the food off your plate.
