I really dont kno how to word this...i dont wanna be really straight foward cuz i dont want to just go up to her in the hall way and ask her out ya know. So how should i go about doing this and what should i say??

You have to build up to it. Start a conversation about school, sports, music or whatever is going on at the time. Maybe you can ask her if she knows where to find someone you're looking for. See how she reacts. After that it will be easier to talk. After a few conversations, casually say, "Hey, would you like to go out sometime?"
See? It's easy.

Girls like confident yet not cocky guys.. We need to know that you are sure of us having a good time, but unsure if we'll say yes, that way it will seem like we have some sort of power.
Example:
Jen, there's 23 is coming out on friday, wanna with me this weekend? If you're uncomfortable/my friends are coming
you can bring you girls if you want to.

Well.....just go up and talk 2 her everyday and flirt with her every once in a while and if she like u then things will go on from there
