whats the best way 2 break up with somebody??
i want 2 break up with my bf but i still want 2 be friends with him because i still care about him. but he lives in a different state then me and i think the distance is kinda ruining our relationship. I'm his first gf and i know that he still cares about me so i dont want 2 hurt him 2 bad when i break up with him (and yes i know that know matter how i do it im going 2 hurt him) so what would be a good way 2 break up with him but let him know that im not trying 2 hurt him??

just tell him that you dont want to hurt him but the distance is to big

The best way to break up with any one is to be HONEST with them. They will understand that and respect you for your honesty. He'll get over it faster, too. If you r honest he may be feeling the same way as u and just not know how to say it. He is no baby, he can handle it, I'm sure. Just say," Hey I think our relationship needs some thought and I feel the distance between us is causing some difficulties for both of us."

tell him that i really do care about you i just think that this realationship is getting no were because of the farness between us both. I think it would be best if we just keep it cool for now and be friends but mabye just maybe we will go back out in the long terms.
That would be the best whay to do it all. jsut come clean with him and be nice at the same time.

the best way to me is to say
" Baby i love you (thats only if you do) and i know that you love me too, and I know you wouldn't cheat on me, but the fact of the matter is, this long distance thing, is killing me. I want to be with you, and thats the problem...I can't BE WITH YOU. So know that I still care about you, and that everything about i relationship means so much, i just don't wan't to lose you in the process."
or since clearly you do kno what to say just not how to put it together. Say exactly what you said, but to him. Just don't tell him you asked someone, cuz he might get angry that you decided to talk about your issues with everyone but him...

who cares if you hurt him or not, but i should say do it in the phone tell him that you are not ready for a relation ship and you just need your space or some time alone.
