There are some exerise's I dont care to do,but I know i need to do them.should I do them first???

It really depends on the result you are looking for. I recommend low weights and high reps (3 sets of 12 or 15) to start, then work your way up to the heavier weights. The heavier weights will cause more tearing at first, and it will be a slower healing time. Remeber that your muscles need time to heal, and you need to be kind to them! Don't get in too much of a hurry to bulk up. Results will happen if you are dillegent and patient. Don't forget to stretch before and after! Good luck!

do light weights first then work ur way up when u bulk up a little more...light weights more reps

you always want to train the primary body parts first as they will require the greatest amount of energy.
