For real, how do I get rid of it, short of a tummy tuck. The details: I'm 32 yrs. 5 ft, around 110 lbs. and wear size 4 pants. I have 4 kids, the last delivered 5 years ago, 3 of which were delivered C section (2 horzantal, the last vertical). I have lost the weight of my pregancies, but now I have this discusting gut, from which I can grab a handful of with each hand!!! I don't consider myself fat, I just want to get rid of this extra skin. Any real sugestions?

Unfortunately, with your size, you probably won't be able to exercise that down. There is surgery that will take care of that. I know it's a "YUK" - but..... it's a viable option. You might look into it.... Sometimes skin stretches to the point where there's just no going back.

I think the only way to tighten up *skin* is to have a tummy tuck.

try to run or excersize for the fun of it and do it to think of things......... it helps alot, makes your appetite go away for a while and helps you sweat(which makes you drink water and purifys your body) just try it-----------its for the better--trust me..........and listen to music while doing it!!!!!
