Check your temperature; if over 102 call your doctor. ( Make sure you don't eat or drink for about 10 min before you take your temp)

Sip your fluids slowly if you are nauseated, and drink room temp, not too cold or too hot, which will agitate your stomach. Drink broth, flat 7UP, tea, watered-down juice and water. Stay away from sugary drinks, caffeine, and alcohol.

Take some tylenol for your general comfort; but write down what time, since you're sick and may dose off and forget. Too much tylenol is toxic (read poisonous)

Be very careful to wash your hands BEFORE you eat or touch your face, AFTER you use the toilet, blow your nose, or clean up any messes, and before you handle food, babies, etc. you might be contagious, and e-coli is awful stuff to ingest.

That's good that you're drinking fluids as the stomach flu can dehydrate you. All you can do is continue to have bed rest...drink plenty of fluids...stay away from dairy products right now..try to nibble on crackers if you can...It will passs in time. Take tylonol for fever only if you have one...just take it easy* LOTS OF REST*~ Hope you Feel Better Soon* (if you're still not feeling up to par in a few days..go see your doctor)

sleep, drink "clear" liquids (like apple...orange juice is good because its got a boat load of vitamin c...which you need!!), stay away from milk, have tons of chicken soup (home made is better....more nutritional value....although campbells chicken soup's good!), take advil/motrin (both are name brand version of ibuprofen) if you have a fever, flat ginger ale or coke/pepsi if you have an upset stomach and crackers...
Hope you feel better soon!
