walmart music download question?

I purchased an album of songs off of Walmart music, and downloaded them to my "My Music" folder (as suggested by W-mart.com) but when I try to burn the file to CD I get the message: "The file (what ever song) has exta information attached to it that might be lost if you continue copying. The contents of the file will not be effected. Do you want to copy the file anyway? ... Well, when I try to copy (burn) the file "anyway" It sends up error messages, and won't do it. Any suggestions?

email walmart sometimes their system doesnt get along with new computers with xp on them. they had to give me a special address to access the site and i could receive the file there.
