i cried today and i haven't done that in a long long long time and after i finished crying. i was so sleepy i had to go to bed. Do u feel sleepy after u cry?

When you cry your heart and head becomes light. Crying is the best way of overcoming sorrow. Not a lot of crying though. You went to sleep because your mind relaxed.

yes. I think it is natural when you have a cathartic experience like a huge crying jag, that you get tired. May be some depression mixed in, too. I am sorry you cried so hard. I hope it is all better now.
