It has a new name for every location in which it is placed. Some say it is a resident of the Middle East, and some say it is a resident of some other place.
It does not exist, except in the smallest of minds, and the hardest of hearts.

It's when you laugh while eating a club-sandwich, and bits of chewed-up bread and stuff come out of your nose and all over the dress of the girl you're trying to chat up. It's really horrible.
