I'm a 12 year old boy, 5'5 feet tall, and 112 pounds...Am I fat? I eat a lot too cause I want to wrestle bigger kids next year and I want to be bigger for football... Am I overweight? Is it better to be like...average? Should I work out more and stuff? AND what should I do when I work out a lot? I can run a lot but that's only when I try...I tend to be lazy sometimes If I don't have to run...hehe

actually u would be categorized as underweight dear. Have your mom take u to the doctor and talk to your doctor about your goals. You and your doctor can work out a plan to help you gain the weight you need to and do it in a healthy way.

NO you are not overweight. In fact you may be underweight. Have you talked to your doctor? You need to work on improving your self image. Working out never hurt anyone. But do it the right way with advice from a coach or a trainer and by all means stay away from steroids.

Overweight and fat are concepts. If you bigger than others, the assumption is overweight.

If you want to be athletic you have to work more, eat more and excercise more than "average".

Training takes coaching. Only a medical professional can say if you weigh to much for your height. If you not flabby, then you are fine.

Check with your doctor, about that. I believe you are, under weight, but I don't know, for sure.
