i dont care if its healthy or unhealthy... what is the fastest way to lose weight without starving yourself?

Stop eating salt for 2 weeks. Salt has no calories so how do you lose up to 20 pounds? Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Most people would tell you diet and exercise more. Well I've got a way you can lose 40 pounds in 2 months. Want to know why! 1. Set Up Realistic Weight Loss Goals. Don't set a weird goal like 10 pound a day no. 2. Drink Plenty of Water. Drink about 6-8 glass of water per day. 3. Chew More Slowly when You Eat. If you eat 5 smaller a day you will accomplish your goal, but pleas don't eat three enormous meal. That would actual get you fatter. 4. Exercise at least 30 minuets per day. Pleas stay away from pills they could kill you, some pills could help but there is a few that do help. If you follow this correctly you will achieve your weight goal.

There is no FAST way of losing weight. All those weight loss commercials are lying and trying to scam you. All the previous posters have some great advice.

I suggest you develope a workout plan that you do every day. It doesn't have to take too long or too hard but if you stick with it and excersise for 15 mins and stick with the plan for a month, I promise you will notice results.

The thing about starting to work out is it is not very fun the first few times you do it, but you grow to like it.

Just eat less at each meal than you normally eat, It about half as much , but still eat well balanced meals. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and baked or broiled meat. cut out eating out and fast foods are loaded with calories. Also and go for runs and walks every day. work out! Don't take laxatives cause they will harm your body and what's the reason for losing weight if you have an unhealthy body. Do it the smart way! good luck. Try the protein bars with no carbs.only good carbs. Or the energy drinks that might help.

Fastest is having the excess fat and skin cut off.

Diet doesn't lose weight, it brings about balance, weight comes off with reduction intake and increased activity. No diet is faster than another. Just that some people lose weight faster or slower. Diets don't work because body is designed to store fat / water / waste. To lose weight you need reduce intact.

Once you get weight chagne, you need find diet balance that doesn't put it back.

Latest medical intervention is restricting stomach intact. A band placed to slow down food entering stomach instead of stapling the stomach.

If there was a FAST way to lose weight........several ppl would be doing it.
You don't want to know unhealthy ways to lose weight , why would you do that to yourself and end up in hospital., also if you happen to lose alot of weight in a short period of time. as soon as you eat anything ..you'll gain your weight back and then some.

Drink plenty of water, exercise, eat every 3-4hrs small meals to keep the metabolism working hard will help to drop those pounds...eat fish, chicken, salads, whole grain rice or pasta, veggies and fruit*

I've always been called anorexic and I hate just as much as bigger people hate being called fat. But there are definite advantages. I do 15min of sit ups everyday. I play loads of sports which keep me fit, but I can't do a push up to save my life. I eat a lot in the morning and at lunch, but a smaller dinner sometimes. And I always have a salad with dinner

skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
eat fruits at night if your hungry.
drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
