Anyone who thinks they can truly give you an answer to this question doesnt know what they are talking about. You need to factor in speed, hills or flat surface, heart rate, tempature outside, your weight and physical state. The list goes on and on.

In theory you would burn off about 2 lb per week all other things being equal, in practice you would get shin splints, knee and hip problems. That's like running a half marathon 5 days a week, the body cannot sustain this. Combine some weight training, elliptical, running etc to mix things up.

I agree w/gonzo. You really shouldn't be running 2 hours/day 5 days/week, anyway. An effective running program varies workouts. You should only be doing one long run per week. You should throw in a speed work day and also one hill work day. The other days should be easier days. You may also want to throw in a cross training day (do a different activity, like biking) and one rest day per week.

Depends on how much you eat, how fast you run and how much you currently weigh. Everyone is different - but something like 2-3 lbs a week is possible.

Not only would the type of running you are doing factor in, but also your caloric intake would be a factor. No matter how much running you do, you still can not take in more calories than you use.

it would depend on how fast you run..for the 2hrs ..also what you are eating in the day and night will calculate how many calories you're burning...it will build muscle tho that's for sure...muscle weighs more than fat...you may start to lose inches in your hips/butt/waist..but you may not lose alot of weight.
Eat healthy every 3-4 hrs, small meals, lots of water, fish, chicken, salads, fruits, veggies and whole grains* :)

It depends upon a few variables.... sex, age, weight, speed, amount of time running, etc.

There's a website where you can calculate calories burned doing certain activities.... it is:

where's the information on your body?
or how fast you're running?
or how much you're running in those 2 hours?
