Depending on what your routine is you might need to up your caloric intake, or something like more fluid. However, if you workout hard then you might want to look at more protein. Your body tells you when something isn't right so listen close. You didn't give much detail, if this goes on past a week seek your doctors advice

It could be any number of things. Starting with being pregnant, or flu, virus....stressed, over worked, not sleeping much . Do you have a fever? (sign of infection) (does your throat hurt-could be mono or strep throat)....See your doctor if you're still not feeling well in a couple of days. Depends on what "starting to feel really ill to you means)
