You can't spot reduce; you need to reduce your overall body fat.

There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didn’t get cut for Fight Club by drinking green tea, and you won’t either.

Walk for 30 minutes every day including weekends, Mondays, and Fridays. Do at least 30 minutes of weight training each week. Do 60 minutes of additional, higher intensity cardio each week. You don’t need additional equipment—infomercial products like the Ab Lounger, Sauna Belt, etc. are all worthless so don’t waste your money.

Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Your primary source of sustenance should be grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts and canned tuna (in water, not oil). No dairy (except low fat cottage cheese occasionally); no processed meats; no heavy sauces; no chips, cookies, sodas, breads, etc.

Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. Don’t starve yourself during the day, but if you don't wake up famished, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed.

Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Turn off the TV and the computer. Sleep is vitally important.

Don't consume alcohol—alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation—I’m not debating that—but we’re talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the fat.

Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isn’t almost clear, you need to drink more water.

Good luck.

Don't eat any form of sugar or white flour. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, eat only whole grain bread, 4 to 7 servings of vegetables a day, 2 servings of fruit a day, fish three times a week (only grilled or baked not fried) and lean meats, low fat everything, plain roasted almonds and low fat peanut butter, whole grain pasta, brown rice, 3 eggs a week, go easy on the cheese low fat would be better, whole grain crackers with Laughing Cow Cheese (yum), banana strawberry milk shake (yum yum)(w/ skim milk), dark chocolate bars (you can cheat a bit but only eat one or two squares a day). Stay away from sugarless candy and soda's (makes you crave real sugar). Ice teas or hot tea is better. Most important, stay away from fast foods.Take a 30 minute brisk walk building up to more exercise as the pounds fall off and you feel better. Sit ups and swimming and bike riding is great. I did it and it worked, no more flab around the middle more energy and I feel lighter going up the stairs. I am never hungry or have craving for sugar either. Good luck!

I know this must seem like a very general answer but diet and excersise will get you a long way. Stop drinking soft drinks, and drink your 8 glasses of water every day and eat yogurt. Then try doing 20-30 sit ups a night. Stick with this for at least a month and I promise you'll see results.

You must be overweight if you have layers and layers of fat bursting out when you sit down.
First...weigh yourself to see what you are actually weighing these days..
take measurements of your chest, waist and hips.
Then...start walking...every day for up to an hour....get your heart rate going....eat healthy (chicken, fish, whole wheat pasta or rice, salads and plenty of water)
try to do situps/crunches on an exercise ball
You'll start to see a difference in your body shape* GOodLuck*

sit ups, sqats, frog jumps where you squat down to the ground then jump up at a slight lean forward is also a great exercise and general aerobics will tone you up. It isn't so much fat it's just loose skin that needs tightening. I have three kids and I have the same constant problem only my kids caused it lol

it took you a while it get that fat and it'll take you a while to take it off [unless surgery is an option]. but either way [even after a surgery] it'll only happen by eating better and being more active.
