A dictionary won't help you much because you'll just learn some words and not how to use them.
Try the link below for some basic Spanish lessons online. There's all kinds of grammar and stuff, but you probably just want the section called "Basics".

umm idk about a whole dict. but you can type words/phrases in

that you know and have them translated....or just do a Google search for online Spanish dictionary's and find one that way.
