You say you have headaches twice a day? Odd. I would ask myself what else do I do or what happens twice a day to cause that. Typically headaches are caused by dehydration or caffeine withdrawals but that would be odd twice a day.
Coughing hard will cause anyone to vomit.
A fever means you have an infection and need antibiotics, but you say you always have the fever and the fact that you are cold and sleepy means you might be depressed.
How about a blood test and a physical from a good internist doctor?
And make sure they do a liver panel if you consume much alcohol.

Hi sore throat,
I'm sorry you have a sore throat but maybe you are dehydrated and need more water. You know water is a cure for so much. Also I have found that salt warm water will help unbelievably just swish and spit back out.

Sore throat is usually due to a viral infection. Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience. You can find some good home remedies at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html

You may have strep throat--fever, headaches, sleepy, sore throat. You should go to the doctor, as if it is strep, you'll need to be taking antibiotics for 10 days--or, strep can turn into something worse.

Sounds like a mix of the flu, migraine, and possible strep throat.

sounds like mono, but I'm not a doc. Get it checked. You probably need antibiotics or something.

Feel better soon!
