I need a free downloadable program to make a picture of a person look more like someone else?

Well, pretty much, I need a program that will make one person, look like another person.
Somthing that would remove facial stuff, maybe a nose job, stuff like that.

Don't know of any totally free programs but you can download demo versions of Adobe Photoshop and Corel Paint. I think the demo's are good for 30 days.
