i heard like arm span is equal to adult height my arm span is 6'2 and i am 16 years old and 5'8 so i was wondering how tall i would grow and if I would grow taller and what i should do to help my height and proper growth etc.

I don't know how tall your mom and dad are, because that has an effect on your ultimate height. I googled "height predictor" and got lots of links to Height Predictor sites. Most of them want to know how tall your parents are.
