my mom wont let me color my hair...i REALLY want to put pink leopard print/stripes in my black hair!!! what should i do??

Doesnt seem like you have much of a choice just wait until your 18 and get it done yourself or you can plead with her or maybe even make a deal offer to do more chores clean tell her youll clean up the yard all summer and clean out the garage if she lets you get this done
