As long as the photo is not obscene in nature (nudity) they will develop it. U think some of there places even develop those parental type photo with a source of ID and make copies for legal reference.

I don't know but that is really a good question and I wish i had the answer. But for sure do take one to poto section (in a bag) of course and ask see if they would.
