How do u know if you have a spinal cord injury? Can it affect growth?
P.S: Just curiosity, I don't think I have (although my friends have hit me very hard in the backbone) cuz I can freely move any muscle and I don't feel any paralysis

well you would have difficulty moving parts of your body depending on where and how hard you got hit. But since you were just messing around with your friends i seriously doubt they could do enough damage to injure the spinal cord.

I would say you don't have an injury to your spinal cord. If you did you would be in a lot of pain and parts of your body would feel like it was falling asleep.

You would know , You would be in alot pain. unless you were born with a defect in the spinal cord.
