What I've realized about dieting, and this has worked for me and my friends, is that it's not so much about the foods that you eat. When I say that I mean that if you are trying to lose weight, focus on portion control. If one chocolate bar has 250 calories, and you eat 7 in one day and nothing else, you will loose weight because you are eating under the average amount of calories an average person should eat in one day. Of course, eating 7 chocolate bars isn't the best food for a whole day, but it's just an example. You can each unhealthy foods, however pay attention to how much of them you eat. Good Luck!

You can Lose 9 lbs every 11 days after you know these facts:

Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.........
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.

Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK........
You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.

Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.......
You'll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.

In fact, the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!

Have you spoken to your doctor about dieting? I would think that they would be the best person to talk with, when deciding on nutrition during a diet. However, cutting out foods with exessive oils, trans-fats, sugars and junk food and eating more fruits, whole grains, vegatables, and meats without a bunch of adatives may help. Plus, having a regular exercise routine helps as long as you don't over do it. But, prior to begin a new nutritional plan you should really consult your doctor, or a nutritionist and see what they say.

You know what they say if it tastes good spit it out.
Loosing weight has to be a change of all your living habits. If you want to loose weight and keep it off. I have always eaten what I want but just less of it and put my butt in a higher gear. But stay away from soda's and fried foods as much as you can. Other words don't make a meal out of it. If you get a craving for it, go ahead have a coke and a burger but make it a exception not a daily habit.

None. Thinking that way will make you sad, confused, and ultimately heavier. If you are heavy you are taking in more than you are using. Work on gradually eating a little less at each meal, and also gradually increase your exercise whenever you can. When you find the balance point your weight will stabilize where it should be. Make a new life pattern.

Foods you should eat less of are the ones high in fat and sugar. Like candy and deep fried things. Just eat more fresh fruits and veggies. :)
