I just worked out last night doing a pilates type workout. Today I am really sore, but want results in about a week if possible. Should I do the same workout tonight with my wayyyy sore body?

you could try doing a less strenuous workout. To keep the body moving but not causing more undue soreness. make sure you dont overwork yourself. good luck!

it would be ok to exercise again. Just make sure that you are doing the positions right because Pilates usually does not leave you that sore.

The only way to get rid of soreness is to work it out. Don't over do it though

Naaah, just come over and we'll snack on cookies in front of the fireplace ;-)

On a serious note, if you are THAT sore then give it a day's rest...resume work-out tomorrow night....

it's your choice, but i do think you should work out. try doing a five minute warm up before you start your work out.
