this is what i don't get about girls. they always say they like guys are themselves, but they make it so clear that they don't. first of, girls ARE attracted to good looks. they will not be attracted to ugly guys nomatter how they act. also, whever girls are asked, what they find attractive, they always say 'sense of humor' and 'intelligence' and things like that. i'm not naturally funny. naturally, i'm not a very funny person. i'm kind of quiet. whenever i try to be funny, i'm not being myself. so, what should i do then? if i act natural i'm not funny, so i'm not attractive, and if i act funny, i'm not being myself so i'm not attractive. what exactly do girls want?

Girls want someone who will listen to them and understand them. They don't all want someone who has to be physically attractive (can't you think of any men that society would label "unattractive" that have a girlfriend or a wife?). They do want a guy who will make them laugh, but not all girls need this. Some girls have a serious personality and may not feel very funny themselves. When you are yourself, you are most likely to attract someone who will love you for WHO YOU ARE, not for funny jokes or what you look like. Girls may like physical attractiveness and senses of humor, but in the long run (for marriage) what matters is someone whose personality is compatible with theirs. Trust me. Just be yourself. There are girls out there who will love you for who you really are and are mature enough to look past the unimportant qualities.

If every funny guy got all the girls, Larry The Cable Guy and Louie Anderson would do about three minutes of stand-up and then get pelted by ladies' underwear. That's not happening. Women like a sense of humor at the easier levels, but their soulmate level doesn't care. That's the "good looks and attention" level.
Seriously, you are probably giving off the "I'm Not Confident" vibe, which is a turn-off to women. When you say "if I act natural I'm not funny", yet think you have to be funny. You're still not being yourself. Just do what you like to do and stop trying so hard. It will happen.

I easily should be honest. I do before each little thing. Then after a lot crying and anger i imagine about it easily and inspect each and each part. I do be able to 'stand contained in the others shoes'... yet merely AFTER the emotion. Then I merely blame myself no matter if that is truly my fault. this is easily about 50/50. that is plenty better than when I continually blamed myself and merely gave-up. Ya stay ya study. lol!

It is best to be yourself because anything else comes across as insincere or decitful. You do not have to be great looking or be funny for girls to like you. A lot of girls like quiet guys. I think my husband is the most adorable, sexiest guy in the world...his looks are not what most people may think of great looking, but I adore them (he is a big guy-great to cuddle, has a huge nose-which I have always found to be a very masculine trait, and has an awkward gait-which I find cute). He is not much of a talker but he very sincerely means what he does say which makes me never have to read between the lines to decode what he means. He is a geek which I absolutely adore. His mind is one of the sexiest things about him.
There are girls out there who like quiet guys, shy guys, tall guys, short guys, clumsy guys, awkward guys, skinny guys, chunky guys...seriously, there is someone who will like you just the way you are...you simply haven't found her yet. If you try to be something you aren't you won't find her either. Look around the places and things you really enjoy...the girls there are more likely to be the girls into guys like you.

someday, a girl will love you for just who you are...and you won't even question anything about truly being yourself because you just will be, naturally...
They say be yourself because if you aren't, then you are using deceit to attract someone, and no one likes to be lied to. No relationship can ever be successful when its foundation is a lie.
Be patient, as women get older looks are not nearly as important...and everyone finds different people attractive...
as for what every girl wants...everyone wants something different...just be yourself and the right one will come along and appreciate you for being you!

if your trying to be funny to attract ppl and you know your not funny then you're not being yourself and girls dont like that
secure mature girls look past power popularity good looks all that mumba jumba
every man has his perks you just havnt found it

lol, act your self is act what ever you want, what ever you felt comfortable with and ignore what every body thinks, and you will find a group of people, a girl that likes you for what you do.
I didn't have to act like some body else, i normally act my self, but i sometimes act like somebody else because it's fun..... XD

no-one has an answer to that one, not even the girls--- they change far too often to give a decided answer--- what they want today is not necessarily what they will want tomorrow
