Well I like when they like the person I am. Don't get me wrong I really like when I get a compliment on what I'm wearing, and just little details that other people probably will not notice.

Anything to do with looks, what they're able to do well; sports, etc. Something shes either confident shes good at or thinks shes not so good, but you think otherwise. Just good compliments. No like sexual ones or w/e. That will just creep them out like hell.

Their personality....
I'm a girl... and whenever I get commented about my body/looks I usually get the impression that the guy is only going after what I look like rather than who I am
But whenever a guy complements me about my personality it really gives me the impression that he wants something more than just a physical relationship... It really means a lot to me when they look at who I am rather than what I am.

compliment ladies on what they look like/what they are wearing. for best results, compliement them on what they put a lot of time on (i.e. hair, shoes). it works for me. they get really excited and happy.
