Yes, definitely.
Suppose God was a light and the light is very beautiful to look at and people can see God as He really is because of the light.
Over the years people like the light, but Satan comes along and he knows there is nothing he can do to stop the light.
So Satan whispers in the ear of someone in the church and says that the light is like a lamp and if we give lamps lampshades shouldn't we at least do as much for the light and give it a decent lampshade?
As time goes by people begin to concentrate on how to make the lampshade more beautiful. They get gold silver, the finest silk, they put embroderies on it and the lampshade becomes bigger and more elaborate.
Then one day someone walks into church and the lampshade has become so elaborate, people don't look for the light behind it anymore. They think that religion is about putting more and better decorations on the lampshade.
I thing both liberal and conservatives get caught in this trap. Liberals do more and more things to create a better society. Conservative Christians study the Bible so much that they start to mix and match passages to find out what they call truths, it never occurs to either of them to just ask God.
Both C.S. Lewis and St. Augustine said religion can become one of the subtlest of all Satan's snares.

Religion simply is the justice towards God. Our search should be constant to the end

Yes.
Some religions actually discourage the search for truth.
Any religion that is afraid of truth has something to hide.

How do you go about searching for god anyway? Is it anything like looking for a nouditore? Or a smosle?

Absolutely.
Religion means trying to somehow go through the motions (liturgy, good deeds, pilgrimages, etc) to somehow reach God.
But the fact of the matter is that God reached out to us instead through His Son Jesus Christ. He wants a relationship with us, not a religion from us.

The search for GOD is within every person. No entity can stop one from his/her search for GOD.

No power on earth can stop you from your search for god but you may never find him.
Religion is hypocrisy. Each religion exploits man's ignorance and his uncertainty and pits him against other religions.

I say it can, cause you can be so wrapped up in following THE RULES and trying to do the right thing, that you miss GOD completly. At least the God I believe in.
