is lanolin oil and mineral oil good for skin?

Lanolin is the one ingredient that a dermatologist will tell you is a no-no. Causes acne.

I don't know about lanolin oil. But I have used mineral oil on me when I laid in the sun. It didn't bother my skin any just made it really soft.

Very heavy oils for the skin. I'd be afraid of acne.
