Try to get to another doctor and see what other options for surgery. They can go in and blast them or break them up in other ways. If they still aren't coming out after surgeries, I'd wonder if they are the same ones or new ones or what the doctors are doing.

Drink water, take pain meds, and go to ER/doctor

When you say you had surgery twice did they go in and attempt to bust them up with a laser? That is really gonna be about the only thing to get done at this point.

You may have to go back to the doctor, or go to ER. I hope you feel better soon.
