Well, your trouble depends on a bunch of factors:

- Was it a lubricated type? The dry lubrication chemicals is not meant for human consumption, I suspect and the tap may be needed to clean if it is a drinking tap
- Was anyone wearing it before it was used on the tap?
- Was it a "used" condom?

Only the last two would cause you issues with the law or the previous owner of the condom....

Not to sound gross or anything, but was it used or not?
If it was used, then, you could be in trouble. That's very unsanitary and could be considered a form of assault (spreading disease and the like).

If it wasn't used, then, it's just plain stupid and idiotic. You should stay home when you're intoxicated. You're a hazard to the public.

If you don't work there you probably won't get in trouble. They will never know who did it. Pretty funny for a drunk person.

I highly doubt you will get in trouble, unless the condom was used, but i really hope it wasn't.

You couldn't get into any real trouble for doing that. But how would you feel if a little kid found it?

I don't think it's illegal, but it is pretty funny.
