when you look up your tickets on line it has beside it Status then under neith it has CLOSED, DELINQUENT, SCHOOL, or OPEN.

It means the ticket has not been paid, and your licence status could suffer, if it hasn't already.
If you get pulled over you are risking suspension of your licence and possible court time.
