Dunno, but I saw a guy get life for doing 2 of those and racked up 9 other charges, including shooting a cop.

What state? What does the law say? Home ivaision usually implies a violent act, not just plain burularly and probably carries a stiff term. All depends on your state, what happened, the judge, priors, injuries, etc etc...And the minumun depends on if and when you get parole, your behavior in prison, your attempts at rehabilitation etc etc..
Way to broad of a question for accurate answers. Only safe answer is more than a few days!

Why not better yourself instead of taking someone elses stuff? Get a job and buy your own stuff - don't steal something from someone who earned it you loser.
