I am 13 years old. I am fairly skinny compared to some of my friends. I weigh about 100 pounds. I THINK THIS IS FAT. sometimes I dont eat but I dont starve myself, i have a good appetite. When i get into a bathing suit my hips are huge. I want to lose weight without exercising everday because of homework. Help!

you don't have to exercise. just be active and eat healthy. Play some sports on the weekends or go bike riding. Snack on fruits and veggies instead of chips and dips. once you start getting lazy and eating like a slob thats when you'll start to get fat.

100 pounds is absolutely perfect for your age. At 13, your hips are getting bigger because your body is preparing itself for giving birth. I advise not to lose any weight. But definitely keep exercising with a healthy diet since you're still growing.

100 lbs is not fat unless you're only 3 ft tall, just eat 3 good meals a day and stay away from fast food and sweets and soda.Your body is going to change over the next couple of years as you mature and you will think differently then

I have battled my weight for 40 years and managed to stay in shape, but of all things,you have to watch what you eat, but walking, yes walking burns off the weight faster than anything I've found. Seriously. And it even tightens up stomach muscles, my dr.said so. I have bigger hips too, learn to dress with larger tops ,kind of blousy and then your top doesn't look so much smaller than your hips.

Don't stop eating. 100lbs is not overweight at your age. But if you believe it is.. you dont have to excercise all the time.. eat healthy. Proportion your food. But remember.. you body is going to go thru a lot of changes in the next few years preparing you for adulthood.

Baby you don't need to lose any weight, you can exercise to keep in shape, but you are fine for your age please don't make yourself sick and stress out of this because you are beautiful if you were 200lb. God Bless

your a growing girl sweetie you have to eat. never skip a meal. if nothing else just eat veggies.
